Tele: Kellyville: Man arrested after allegedly biting two police officers

A man who allegedly bit two police officers before lashing out at two others in Sydney’s northwest has been arrested.

Hills police approached the man about 10pm on Wednesday when they saw his car stopped on Green Road in Kellyville.

When police asked the man to move, it’s alleged he became aggressive; biting two male officers before attacking two others.

Three officers were taken to Westmead Hospital.

Of the three, two were treated for bite wounds to their forearms, while a third was treated for a knee injury.

Hills crime manager inspector Chris Laird said two officers were bitten and the other two were allegedly assaulted in a “wrestle.”

The 28-year-old man, who is yet to be charged, was taken to Westmead Hospital where he is undergoing treatment.

Investigations are continuing.
